It is highly essential, for any facility, to ensure that all MEP services are completed as per Design requirements/ Standards. If not done, there can be many problems during the operation. Xpertsol can help you in conducting an Audit of all Services before occupancy
A walk through audit will be conducted initially, followed by Proper Testing of facility ( if the Test reports are not made available by Contractor), all at a nominal fees, by experienced engineers
A report will be submitted for the Original Developer/ Contractor to take remedial action. If required, second level of audit after attending of all rectifications
